What exactly does the product do that normal Excel cannot?
If by Secure Excel you mean a file that adds security controls to Excel workbooks, the key distinction is that normal Excel already has some protection features, but SecureExcel-type products can make those protections more automated, granular, and suitable for controlled business workflows.Microsoft Excel itself supports file encryption/passwords, workbook-structure protection, and worksheet protection. To improve security it uses a compiler alongwith Excel/VBA.

Protected Excel file can be copied to another file but can match device_ID as we
validate With current workbook so it quits current workbook and quit it. -
